Senior fitness & Tai Chi Chuan

Every class is adapted to each person’s pace and abilities — discover the two parts of our sports programme.

Senior fitness and Qi Gong class outdoors

Senior fitness

  • Gentle senior fitness designed for people aged over 50
  • Exercise ball, fitness stick and resistance bands
  • Improved balance and joint mobility

Tai Chi Chuan practice with a fan

Tai Chi Chuan & weapons

  • Qi Gong, hand form and work on the 13 postures
  • Study of four weapons: fan, long staff, sabre and sword
  • Progressive teaching in the Yang style

Weekly classes

You may attend several classes each week in the same discipline. Reduced rates are available when joining both senior fitness and Tai Chi Chuan. Payment is possible per session, term or year.

Classes taught by Carole CREN, qualified with the French Wushu Federation, certified teacher with the European Taiji Bailong Ball Association (TBBA), disability trainer for the FFWushu, affiliated with Handisport and Adapted Sport (FFH and FFSA).
